The mission of the
temporary Board of Directors of the Harari Sports and
Cultural Federation (HSCF) is to prepare and formalize
the ground work to establish a vibrant, inclusive,
transparent, and a functioning body of the federation
that is geared toward meeting the needs of Hararis.
In order to formalize the
election process, the temporary board chair of HSCF
cordially request from all Afochas/communities who are
participating in the process to bring along
confirmation/authorization letter from their respective
Afoachas/communities. Only those who submit their
confirmation/authorization letter beforehand are
accepted to participate in the final selection process
to be held on July 8th, 2006 at the annual
town hall meeting. A one hour series meeting sessions
each day is also planned during the entire event. The
town hall meeting plan and procedure will be presented
and concluded by the temporary BOD of the HSCF.
